Seven years ago, I wanted a change from being that person who wrote down new years resolutions and everything I wanted for myself, but never got there. When October came around, I couldn’t even remember them.

 

This is why I invested thousands of hours and dollars into learning from the happiest and healthiest people in the world on how to create more happiness and better health for myself.

It wasn’t the fact that these experts were featured in reputable TV networks or media outlets that drew me to them.

It was the fact that they were the most energized people I had ever met. People wanted to be like them and even more people wanted to be around them.

Because I truly believe, those that are living with the awareness of what’s important to them are the happiest (and healthiest) people.
